Add a new Powerpay user

Important: It is essential that Dayforce has your most up-to-date contact information on file. Ensure your contact list is current to allow for continued support from Dayforce and to maintain the confidentiality of your payroll. We cannot discuss your payroll with unauthorized contacts. Additionally, at least one user per company is required to receive email notifications of payroll-related issues. Click here for information on updating your contacts.

Authorized users of Powerpay can add a new user.

  • If you have received an error message indicating you have reached the maximum number of users allowed, please contact your Customer Support Team for assistance.

  • If you are a Powerpay Plus customer, also review Role Based Security.

  • To add a new contact without a user ID, contact your Customer Support Team.

  • To assign a user as a Dayforce Time and Attendance contact, email Dayforce at [email protected].

  • To add a user with the same user ID as another Powerpay payroll, contact your Customer Support Team.
